What are the types of Reservations at E Malaysia

Instant Online Reservations
Those hotels that have the technology to give
you instant online rates and availability (with confirmation numbers)
are identified by Check availability on our site. You see the
all available rates and rooms BEFORE you complete the reservation.
E-mail Reservations
Many hotels have yet to develop 'instant online
reservation' technology, however quite a few people want to stay
at these hotels. In such cases the reservation request(to include
your credit card) comes to our staff(via a secure server). We
disclose the rates upfront before the reservation request is made.
We then contact the hotel to find availability at
the rate displayed, make a reservation (that is cancelable 72
hours before arrival without penalty), and send an email to the
client quoting the final confirmation.
If the client asks us to cancel, we do so without
charge. If you are uncomfortable with providing your credit card
on our secure site, we will be unable to assist you with your
travel plans. Of course, this reservation can be cancelled free
of charge if you are not satisfied with the reservation that we
acquire.
How to Make Reservations at E Malaysia Hotels.com?
Making a Reservation
Once you find a hotel to stay and verify room
availability, you can make a real-time online reservation. You
must be viewing a hotel's main page or the "Check Availability
Results" page to make a reservation.
Before you book your room, please note the
following:
Making a reservation through Stayxs requires
payment with a credit card.
Please read the hotel's Deposit and Cancellation
policy before making payment.
You must check room availability prior to booking.
You can check availability for one hotel or a group of hotels.
Tax may be included in the room rate. If it is not included, tax
will be determined by the property and added to your total cost.
To make a reservation:
If you are on the property's main page, click
Check Availability and enter the required information. The "Make
a Reservation" page appears with a list of all rooms available
during your travel dates. For the type of room(s) you want to
reserve, enter the number of rooms and number of guests per room.*
Verify the reservation information.
If you are a E Malaysia Hotels member, enter
your user name and password, then click Proceed with Secure Transaction.
Note: If you have
forgotten your user name and password, please e-mail us for assistance.
Include your full name or the name under which the reservation
was made, your address, e-mail address, and a reservation confirmation
number if available.
If you are not a member, click Proceed with Secure
Transaction, enter your personal information, and click Submit.
Enter your credit card information on a secure server.
You can chose the on-line payments thru PayPal if you reside in
USA otherwise we need a signed credit card authorization thru
fax from the client.
For Pay Pal- Click Make Payment.
Enter all the required info and the next screen
should give you the reservation confirmation. Congratulations,
you have just made a confirmed reservation! An e-mail confirmation
will be sent to you and the hotel immediately.
Please verify your reservation information. You
may want to print the page for your records.
Payment for the Booking.
We require you to submit your credit card details.
Your credit card information is strictly confidential. Please
note, we request your credit card details as a form of security.
It will not be charged until the booking is confirmed by the hotel.
Once the reservation is confirmed by the hotel we charge the credit
card 100% in full. Rooms are bought in bulk on pre paid basis
to enable us to bring you a choice of generously discounted hotels
across Asia. If you have any further questions regarding billing

Is it safe to use my credit card?
Yes. We treat the security of our clients'
information matter very seriously. To ensure your security, all
credit card transactions are secured by SSL, which encrypts the
credit card number so as to make it unavailable to any other party.
Why do I need to fax authorization form and
photo copy of my credit card?
We can understand your security concern. But
this is just a way to filter out any bad transaction and to verify
if the credit card used for the booking was in fact in your possession
and it was you only who made the booking and not some body who
happen to have your credit card no. etc. We take great care while
handling your credit card information and do not share any of
your information with other vendors and partners.
Where should I fax the signed form and credit
card photo copy?
You can fax us the signed form and photo copy
of your credit card either to our

How can I change or cancel my booking?
Should you wish to amend or cancel your existing
booking, please select "amendment/cancellation request"
in the above form and send us your Booking ID with your requirements.
That is the most efficient way to have you request processed.
One of our reservation consultants will get back to you with a
response as quickly as possible. Please note: should you wish
to amend or cancel your booking, an amendment or cancellation
fee will apply - see booking conditions.
Is the room rate per person or per night?
All quoted room rates are per room per night,
unless specified otherwise. The rates are not applicable during
New Year Eve and other special events and are subject to change.
The price is guaranteed upon receipt of final payment. All rates
quoted are as per this website.
What is the Cancellation Policy?
A full deposit for the stay will be charged
to your credit card for confirmed booking. Cancel 72 hours prior
to check in (hotel local time) for full refund. One night retention
charges may apply if canceled less than 72 hours prior to arrival.
There is a 5% processing fee for all cancellations.
No refunds will be allowed after check-in.
Check the reservation policy before making
the payment. Some hotels might have different cancellation policy.
A cancellation fee may be charged should you decide to cancel. |
